In this particular game, Wesley might have overlooked a better play on the 25th move with (25. Rxc4) instead of his conservative (25. Re3). This could have led to an endgame where he’s up by one pawn plus a solid pawn structure on the King side.

Wesley So of the Philippines is currently the world’s youngest GM at the age of 14. He’s seventh youngest player to achieve the grandmaster status in chess.
Wesley is well on the way to becoming the Philippines’ next grandmaster. He’s not going to be the youngest in history, that honour belongs to Sergey Karjakin, but already he’s a long way ahead of Bobby Fischer, who earned his title at 15 years and 6 months.
