This thing is sure selling like hotcakes, and I sure want a piece of that.
It’s a 7″ PC, P17,000.00 flat for the mini laptop. It runs on a 533MHz processor with 4GB of hard disk space and 512MB of RAM.
It definitely could not be a backup at 4GB hard disk only. But convenience-wise and portability it’s sure a big winner. It’s actually a cross-breed between a PDA and a regular laptop.
Now who wants one as well?

Definitely a good product if you want portability, lightness and easy connectivity to the internet. Powered by Xandros Linux OS rather than Windows OS due to storage issues. Check these links: http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=4055

Do you think it’s just storage issues, or is it rather that Linux is better than Windows?

This gadget is definitely for someone who’s always on the go. The Asus Eee PC should not be your main computer but rather an option to use when you’re travelling or not at home. With only 4 GB of storage, it’s only good for documents and a few other small files. In my case, I need a laptop and not this coz I barely travel and I need something that can store a lot of files. Although I’d love to have one as my toy. Hehe 😀
Btw, I like the black better than the white one. So when are you getting one?

Hi Jaypee, I actually don’t know yet. I’m currently on a tight budget.
BTW, I just visited your site and it’s on a maintenance mode. I wonder what we should expect new from JaypeeOnline. 🙂
